Delivery
Currently, we offer the following delivery options:
Delivery across Ukraine is carried out by Nova Poshta at your request: to a branch or a parcel locker. Estimated delivery time is 1-3 days. For more accurate shipping times, please check with the manager.
Delivery within Kyiv and the suburbs is carried out by the courier of LLC "AGRO IMPORT GROUP" for orders of 3000 UAH or more free of charge. Estimated delivery time is 1-2 days. For more accurate shipping times, please check with the manager.
Free self-pickup is available from the warehouse of LLC "AGRO IMPORT GROUP" at the address:
- Kyiv region, Chabany, Pokrovska St. 5a
- Kyiv, Holosiivskyi district, Kozatska St. 116A. Estimated delivery time: 1-2 days.International delivery: Delivery time depends on the chosen country, approximate delivery time is 7-20 days

Upon receiving the order, inspect the goods without leaving the transport company's branch, check the appearance, completeness, and availability of all items in accordance with your order.
LLC "AGRO IMPORT GROUP" is not responsible for the loss, damage, delay of cargo, and additional packaging of ordered goods carried out by transport companies. In case of doubts about the delivery cost, please contact the appropriate carrier representative.
Product Return
The buyer has the right to refuse the ordered goods at any time before receiving them.
You can return or exchange the product within 14 days after receiving the order.
To return a product, make sure that:
the product and packaging are undamaged, all labels and tags are in place;
the product has not been used: there are no signs of use (scratches, scuffs, etc.);
the ordered product is eligible for return and exchange.

In the request, specify:
order number, date, and phone number;
product(s) you are returning and the reason for return;
add photos of defects (if any).
Wait for a response within 1-3 business days (Mon-Fri from 9:00 to 17:00).
Where to bring the product?
You can return the product to the office (Kyiv, Holosiivskyi district, Kozatska St. 116A) or to the warehouse of LLC "AGRO IMPORT GROUP" (Kyiv region, Chabany, Pokrovska St. 5a).
If you are unable to bring the product to the office or warehouse, you can return the product via courier service within 14 days from the date of purchase, after arranging with the manager of LLC "AGRO IMPORT GROUP". Delivery is at your expense.
Refusal to return the product:
You will be refused a product exchange or refund if:
more than 14 days have passed since the purchase of the product
the product has been used (is broken, scratched, etc.)
during the quality check of the product, signs of external interference (opening, repair attempt) are found or other warranty service conditions are violated;
there is no document confirming the purchase of the product
the product was custom-made
products brought in by individual order are not subject to return and exchange.
How to get a refund for a returned product?
Funds for products returned to the warehouse of LLC "AGRO IMPORT GROUP" in proper condition will be reimbursed within 1-10 days using the payment method you used when placing the order.
Can we exchange the product?
We do not offer an exchange service. However, you can simply return any products that do not suit you for a full refund according to our "Return Policy" and place a new order for the desired products.
